Start of the 11th Burgas International Film Festival
Today, Burgas becomes the center of the seventh art with the official opening of the 11th edition of the Burgas International Film Festival (BIFF). The event is organized with the support of the Municipality of Burgas and the National Film Center, as part of the city's journey towards the title of "European Capital of Culture 2032".
"We could not imagine a city as a European Capital of Culture if it does not know how to develop as a cinema space," shared Deputy Mayor Diana Savateva.
