Sozopol closes the 42nd edition of the Apollonia Arts Festival

Attracting immense interest from audiences both in Bulgaria and abroad, the "Apollonia" Festival of Arts in Sozopol is reaching the conclusion of its 42nd edition. The festival, which aims to support new talent and preserve cultural traditions, is a large-scale forum that this year included over 70 events spanning music, theater, literature, cinema, and the visual arts. The historical significance of the forum is enduring, as the "Apollonia" Festival of Arts has been held since 1984. It is organized by the Apollonia Foundation, established in 1991, which annually transforms Sozopol into a magnet for hundreds of artists and thousands of art enthusiasts. The final day of this year's edition is packed with a diverse range of activities, including a theatrical performance, book presentations, showcases by young theater artists, concerts, and a screening of a Bulgarian film.
