Another scandal shakes the music scene after Lauren Pischiota - a 36-year-old former employee of Kanye West, officially filed a civil lawsuit against the famous performer. Her accusations are extremely serious and include sexual assault, harassment, trafficking, and violent actions.
The initial lawsuit was filed in June 2024, but in updated documents from July 10, 2025, Pischiota significantly expands her original claims. According to her lawyer Arak Fudali, the woman is living in constant fear and is forced to hide after becoming the object of systematic harassment.
Among the most shocking accusations is the claim that West subjected her to non-consensual sexual acts during work on his music project. Specifically, during work on the DONDA album, according to the documents, the musician invaded her personal space in an extremely unacceptable manner.
Pischiota also reveals additional disturbing details about the work environment around West. She claims that employees were regularly subjected to racist and anti-Semitic comments. According to her, West systematically spread offensive statements and even forced team members to draw Nazi symbols in the office.
Lawyer Fudali emphasizes that West's social profiles can serve as indirect evidence. He cites his songs and publications, which he says hint at his problematic behavior, including his song "Heil Hitler" and his self-identification as a "walking #MeToo".
West's team categorically rejects all accusations. Their representative described the lawsuit as "another fantastic fiction" aimed solely at discrediting the musician. They are ready to defend their reputation in court and are convinced that they will prove the groundlessness of the claims.
The civil lawsuit is set to be reviewed next month in an American court. Pischiota claims she was also a victim of so-called "swatting" - a dangerous type of harassment where false reports are made to the police. According to her documents, just days after the initial lawsuit, armed police officers conducted a search of her home after an anonymous murder report.
The case provokes serious media interest and raises important questions about the work environment and behavior of influential personalities in the entertainment industry. Regardless of the final court outcome, the accusations against Kanye West are already causing serious reputational damage to the musician.
The upcoming trial promises to be extremely dramatic and will draw public attention to the problems of sexual harassment and abuse of power in show business.
