Officers also seized a metal box labelled "Korselin", a napkin with powder, a bottle labelled "Kislol", glass flasks, bottles with various liquids, electronic scales and other items. The man is held under a police order, and pre-trial proceedings have begun.

The same day at about 9:40am, police from Sozopol stopped an Iveco Daily van with Burgas plates on the Burgas-Sozopol road, near the Petrol filling station in Primorsko. The driver, a 36-year-old man from Burgas, had driven after taking methamphetamine.

At 10:15pm, officers from the Fifth District Police Department stopped a BMW X3 with Ukrainian plates on Transportna Street, near block 198 in the Izgrev complex. The driver is a Ukrainian citizen who lives in Burgas. He had 2.05 per mille of alcohol in his blood.

At 11:55pm in the Rudnik district, the same department checked a Peugeot 206 with Shumen plates. It was driven by a 24-year-old man from the village of Orizare. With him were two friends from the village, aged 17 and 18. Police seized a joint of marijuana, about 5 grams, and about 5 grams of a white crystal substance, which proved to be methamphetamine. They detained the 18-year-old for up to 24 hours.

On Sunday at about 1:10pm, officers from the Fourth District Police Department stopped a Dacia Logan on Zahari Stoyanov Street in Burgas. The driver, a 36-year-old man from Madan, had driven after taking cocaine. The drivers of the Iveco, the BMW and the Dacia are held for up to 24 hours, and fast-track proceedings have been opened against them.

Over the three days, police recorded two thefts, three other crimes and two road accidents. They solved 21 crimes and opened five fast-track proceedings.

One of the solved cases is the theft of a wallet from a bench on Bulgaria Square in Sredets on 8 October. The wallet, which belonged to a 35-year-old woman, held €185, documents and keys. Sredets police found the thief: a 39-year-old woman from the town admitted everything and returned the money.

In Aytos on 16 October at about 3:25pm, a 30-year-old man from Burgas reversed his Audi A6 Avant into a 72-year-old woman in front of 3 Lyuben Karavelov Street. She is in the Heart and Brain hospital with a chest bruise. Her life is not in danger.

On 11 October at about 6pm in the village of Gyulyovtsa, a BMW 320d with Silistra plates hit a kerb near the bus stop and then a 14-year-old boy from Orizare, who was crossing the road.
