Six electronic services related to the upcoming snap parliamentary elections on April 19, 2026, can now be requested remotely through the e-Government Portal. Voters are thus given the opportunity to request online registration on the electoral roll at their current address, to be included on the mobile ballot box voting list, or to submit a request for registration on the main electoral roll. Additionally, removal of incompleteness and errors, exclusion from the list of deleted persons, as well as exclusion from this list for voters who have applied to vote abroad can be requested.

All services are available through the website of the Ministry of e-Government, section "Elections", as well as through the e-Government Portal in the section "Civil Rights and Legal Order" at egov.bg.

The first service - "3303 Entry in the electoral roll at current address" - allows the voter to submit an application by April 4, 2026 (14 days before the elections) to the mayor of the municipality, region, city hall or deputy mayor at current address. The form can be sent electronically through the website of the General Directorate of Urban Planning and Urban Development in the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, by filling in personal data and a contact phone number, without requiring an electronic signature.

The service "3304 Entry into the voting list with a mobile ballot box" is intended for voters with permanent disabilities who cannot exercise their right in a polling station. The application is submitted by April 4, 2026, and if this deadline is missed - by April 13, 2026, if a mobile section election commission has already been appointed in the settlement.

Through "3305 Entry into the voting list" persons with the right to vote who have been omitted from the list or for whom the grounds for deletion have ceased to exist can apply. The application is addressed to the mayor of the municipality, region, city hall or the deputy mayor and can be submitted until election day.

The service "3306 Removal of incompleteness and errors in the electoral list" allows each voter to request correction of inaccuracies made against him. Applications are accepted by the relevant administration no later than April 11, 2026 - seven days before the elections - by written request to the mayor of the municipality, region, city hall or the deputy mayor.

Through "3307 Exclusion from the List of Deleted Persons", a voter included in this list (with the exception of those registered to vote abroad) may submit an application to the municipal administration until the lists are submitted to the SIC. The mayor or deputy mayor shall immediately issue a reasoned decision, and the refusal may be appealed before the competent administrative court within 24 hours. The court will consider the appeal in an open session within another 24 hours.

The last service – "3308 Exclusion from the List of Deleted Persons of a Voter Who Has Announced That He Will Vote Outside the Country" – is aimed at Bulgarians who have submitted an application to vote abroad and have been deleted from the list of the section by permanent address. They can submit an electronic application through the website of the relevant municipality until the lists are submitted to the SIC. Here too, the refusal is subject to appeal before an administrative court within 24 hours, with the court's decision being announced immediately and being final.
