Under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, a trilateral agreement was signed between the National School of Music and Stage Arts "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" and the "Adriana Budevska" Drama Theater, which marks the beginning of a new stage in the practical training of young theatrical talents in Burgas.

The document was signed by Georgi Sultanov, Deputy Minister of Culture, Dimitar Madzharov, Director of the National School of Music and Stage Arts "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov", and Ilya Pepelanov, Director of the "Adriana Budevska" Drama Theater. The partnership provides students with access to a real professional environment and opportunities that were previously difficult to achieve within the framework of school education. They will be able to freely attend theatrical performances, participate in rehearsals and the stage process, meet with actors, directors, and specialists from the troupe, and develop their skills through additional practical activities and mentoring support. The new collaboration aims not only to educate but also to build artists with character, self-confidence, and professional assurance – the future faces of the Bulgarian theater scene.
