European energy leaders "Sunotech" and "Sungrow" have officially formalized a large-scale strategic agreement for implementing battery energy storage systems with a total capacity of 2.4 gigawatt-hours across multiple solar projects.
Among the priority initiatives are significant investment projects on Bulgarian territory, which will receive support from the national Restore program. Within these initiatives, "Sungrow" will provide its specialized "PowerTitan 2.0" battery system, as well as string inverters for hybrid energy solutions.
Experts from both companies emphasize that the planned 2.4 gigawatt-hours storage capacity will contribute significantly to increasing the stability of the electricity grid. Through these innovative technological solutions, more efficient integration of renewable energy sources and a substantial improvement in the reliability of solar parks in Bulgaria and other European countries will be ensured.
