Stronger guarding of the EU's outer borders is key to Europe's security, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said in Brussels today. He was speaking at a high-level working meeting on migration held by the European Council.
Radev said countries on the front line against illegal migration need solidarity and support.
He said lasting results are possible only if the EU works closely with the countries migrants come from. Radev also called for better ways to return migrants to their home countries.
