Experts from the Ministry of Energy will begin an inspection of the electricity transmission network in the holiday village of Elenite today. The action was taken at the order of Minister Zhecho Stankov.

Following the devastating flood, which left traces throughout the infrastructure of the resort, the electricity transmission network has been severely affected. The village is currently without electricity, which creates additional difficulties for residents and visitors.

The rehabilitation of the electricity transmission network is the responsibility of the company "Electrodistribution - South". The teams are already working on removing the damage.

The work on restoring the power supply will be carried out with increased caution. The goal is to ensure the safety of everyone while the repair work is being carried out. The scene around resembles the scale of the destruction – damaged buildings, uprooted trees. The consequences of the disaster can be seen from the entrance to the village.

Expert opinions are expected to be provided as soon as possible, which will be used to prepare a plan for the complete restoration of the energy infrastructure. The assessment of the damage is key to the subsequent actions.
