Workers in the urban transport in Varna are on strike alert. Transport workers have already prepared a petition, with which they are warning of effective strike actions.
Bus drivers in public transport want a salary increase of 120 euros retroactively from March 1, as well as an increase in the additional remuneration for length of service to 1.3% from the beginning of employment, and not after the tenth year.
The unions are also demanding compliance with work schedules, improvement of working conditions and guaranteed use of paid annual leave.
