Polling station addresses changed in Aheloy

Polling stations from 02 17 00 002 to 02 17 00 005 in Aheloy will now be located in the town hall building instead of the "Svetlina" community center.

In an official document titled ORDER No. RD-16-1798 dated 11.09.2026, the Mayor of Pomorie Municipality, Ivan Aleksiev, has regulated changes to the organization of the upcoming vote. The administrative act was issued pursuant to Art. 44, para. 1, item 1 and para. 2 of the Law on Local Self-Government and Local Administration, in strict accordance with the requirements of Art. 41, para. 1 of the Electoral Code.

This order amends a previous decision contained in Order No. RD-16-1697/31.08.2026. The change specifically concerns the operative part of the previous document, defining a new location for polling in the town of Aheloy for the following sections:

With the new provision, the aforementioned commissions are moved from their previous location in the "Svetlina" Community Center building to the town hall building. All other details set forth in the initial Order No. 16-1697/31.08.2026 remain unchanged, with the new order serving as an integral part thereof.

The document, issued on 11.09.2026, is subject to mandatory public announcement and has simultaneously been sent for notification to the District Election Commission - Burgas. The execution of these administrative instructions is assigned to the Secretary of Pomorie Municipality, Toni Mitev.
