Burgas, Bulgaria – On the eve of one of the most significant national holidays, the Unification Day, the municipal transport company "Burgasbus" EOOD has announced changes to its work schedule that will affect thousands of citizens and visitors to the city. The announcement, published by the company, provides detailed information on the working hours of the ticket offices and the movement of vehicles on city and intercity lines for the days around September 6.

Working Hours of Burgasbus Ticket Offices

"Burgasbus" clarifies that on the holiday itself, September 6, 2025, many of the main ticket offices will be closed. A day off has been announced for the ticket offices at the Transport House and Pomorie Ticket Office, as well as for ticket office 1 at South Bus Station, which serves city transport cards. This measure may create difficulties for passengers who plan to renew their subscriptions or purchase tickets on the spot.

However, some of the key locations will continue to operate, albeit with modified working hours.

Transport Schedule for the Holidays

The transport company emphasizes that to ensure maximum comfort for citizens during the three days off, in the period from September 6 to 8 (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), all lines served by "Burgasbus" will operate according to the established holiday schedules. This is a standard practice that ensures passengers can rely on public transport for their travels during the extended weekend.

Citizens are advised to plan their trips in advance and to stay informed of all changes to avoid any possible inconvenience. Further details, as well as the full schedules, are available on the official "Burgasbus" website at: https://burgasbus.info/burgasbus/?cat=1.
