A bailiff has put a production site in Burgas's northern industrial zone up for sale, with a starting price of 399,168 euros. The property belongs to EM VI Properties OOD, and the creditor pushing for the sale is Arcus Finance AD.
The plot covers 2,992 square metres and holds a building with a built-up area of 954 square metres. Inside are five food storage warehouses and two dispatch offices.
Each of the five warehouses has its own office, a staff room and a toilet, the bailiff notes in the property description. The building combines reinforced concrete and metal, with sandwich panels.
The site is not in good condition, the valuation says. Weeds have grown thick along the fences, and parts of the paving are damaged.
Mihail Svetlozarov Lolov and Vasil Genkov Karabadzhakov each own 50% of the company. Mihail Lolov's father, Svetlozar Lolov, runs businesses in trade, hotels and real estate. Vasil Karabadzhakov's father is shipowner Genko Karabadzhakov, who spent many years in shipping and ports on Bulgaria's southern Black Sea coast.
This is the first attempt to sell the property.
