Pomorie council has published a draft of changes to Ordinance No. 11, which sets the rules for local fees and charges for services and rights. People can send comments and suggestions over the next 30 days, starting 6 October 2026.
The council published the notice under article 26, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Law on Normative Acts. The reasoning behind the changes and the draft decision to adopt the ordinance are attached and can be downloaded.
Anyone who wants to comment can hand it in at desk No. 1 of the Administrative Services Centre, on the first floor of the council building. The centre is open from 8:30am to 5pm at 5 Solna Street in Pomorie. Comments can also be emailed to mayor@pomorie.bg.
