On the initiative of the Youth Center Pomorie, the city became the epicenter of youthful enthusiasm with a hike-walk under the title "Between the Sea and the Lake".
Dozens of young people from Pomorie took part in the event, which was held to encourage an active lifestyle, closeness to nature, and the exploration of the natural resources of the area.
The sun shone over the shores, and the wind gently ruffled the hair of the participants as the group set off on a journey between the Black Sea and Lake Pomorie. The route itself was specially chosen to highlight the uniqueness of this territory, which is home to one of the largest natural treasures of Bulgaria. The participants had the opportunity to enjoy the picturesque views, encompassing both the sea landscape and the calm beauty of the lake, known for its healing mud and rich biodiversity.
The Youth Center team had prepared an interesting program, including short talks and curious facts about the lake, the birds that inhabit it, and the salt extraction, which has deep roots in the history of the region. This knowledge sparked the interest of the young people, who asked questions and shared impressions of what they saw.
At the end of the hike, everyone gathered on the beach for fun friendly games. The sound of laughter and energy filled the air as the young people demonstrated volleyball skills, reinforcing the sporting spirit and good mood.
The organizers expressed their gratitude to all participants for their activity and positive energy. They invited the young people of Pomorie to follow the future initiatives of the Youth Center, promising more sporting, educational, and volunteer endeavors.
Today, the Youth Center Pomorie continues to play a key role in creating opportunities for active and meaningful leisure time for young people in the municipality.
