An investment proposal for the construction of the "Izvor" photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 0.9 MW has been submitted for review to the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water in Burgas. The facility is planned to be located on land plot 32560.27.108 in the land of the village of Izvor, Sozopol Municipality.
The investor, "Solar Park Izvor" EOOD, represented by manager Dimitar Ivanov Ivanov, intends to install the equipment on land currently designated as "pasture." The project involves connecting the plant to the power grid, which requires a change in the land use status of the agricultural property.
The competent authorities are currently conducting an administrative procedure to determine whether an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is required for the investment proposal. The full project documentation is available for review by interested parties at the Sozopol Municipality building and at the RIEW – Burgas.
