Active traffic situation and safety
Over the past 24 hours, 15 serious traffic accidents have been registered in the country, in which one person died and 19 were injured. The Ministry of Interior calls on drivers to exercise increased caution, especially in light of the upcoming weather changes.

Sunny weather is expected tomorrow with the development of cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds. Short-term precipitation with thunderstorms will occur in many places, and hail is also possible. Temperatures will reach up to 27°.
Important: Before setting off, check the current restrictions, as large-scale repair work is being carried out on major motorways such as "Trakia", "Hemus", and "Struma".
Main restrictions by direction:
- "Trakia" Motorway: Repairs near Sliven and Yambol (expansion joints), speed limits up to 100 km/h in the Sofia and Pazardzhik regions.
- "Hemus" Motorway: Temporary organization near "Topli Dol" and repairs in the Lovech, Varna, and Shumen regions.
- "Struma" Motorway: A landslide at km 103+300 in the Blagoevgrad region necessitates a detour route.
- Mountain passes: "Varbishki" and "Zlatishki" remain closed year-round. "Troyanski" has a restricted access regime.
