The Bulgarian woman who had been missing in Tibet following the flood is no longer being sought, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported. The woman is in good condition and has been removed from the list of missing persons.

Our Foreign Ministry added that another Bulgarian woman, Suzana Aleksieva, who miraculously escaped at a border crossing on the Chinese-Nepalese border, has now been issued a temporary travel document.

Authorities in Nepal are continuing rescue efforts for those affected by the flood that occurred earlier this week. The death toll from the tidal wave now exceeds 900 people.

There are speculations that survivors may be trapped in the tunnels of hydroelectric power plants in the area. Rescue teams, including those from India and China, are making efforts to establish contact with them, but so far without success.

Over 4,200 people remain missing, with a large number of them being workers at hydroelectric facilities in Nepal. Search operations were interrupted several times over the past few days due to torrential rains, but local authorities have now allowed people to return to some of the affected areas.
