Online applications for Bulgarian citizens abroad to register to vote will still be open for two more days. Anyone who misses the deadline will have to fill in a declaration at the polling station instead.
The election is 27 days away.
Voters whose permanent and current addresses differ can ask to be added to the voter list at their current address. Those applications are accepted until 10 October.
One change this time is that polling station committees will only be appointed two weeks before election day. The idea is to cut down on last-minute changes.
