On July 7th at 7 PM in the center of Orizare village, the fifteenth consecutive Bread Festival will be held, which turns the settlement into the epicenter of Nesebar municipality's culinary heritage.
The event will unite bread-making masters from various settlements, who will present their unique recipes and traditional products. Local residents, known for their craftsmanship, will demonstrate skills in preparing pitas, bread rolls, and pastries.
The festive atmosphere will be complemented by a rich folklore program. The "Veselie" Orchestra will delight those present with their performances, supported by soloists Tsvetelina and Panayot Stoychevi. The amateur groups from the "Zora 1928" Community Center - the "Zora" Folk Choir and the children's dance ensemble "Orizarcheta" - will contribute to the authentic mood.
The culmination of the festival will be the tasting, during which guests can sample the masterfully prepared bakery products. The event aims to preserve and promote the rich culinary traditions of Orizare - the true granary of Nesebar municipality.
The Bread Festival becomes a symbolic recognition of this essential element of the Bulgarian table, which continues to unite the community and preserve cultural heritage.
