Eleven items will be discussed by the Municipal Council in Karnobat at today's meeting, which is eagerly awaited by the local public. The draft agenda, published on the official website of Karnobat Municipality, reveals a rich palette of topics that will be debated and voted on.

Among the highlights of the program are proposals and reports submitted by Mayor Georgi Dimitrov and Deputy Mayor Stefka Ivanova. This shows the active work of the executive branch and its commitment to the current problems and projects of the municipality. The municipal councilors are expected to discuss the provision of temporary interest-free loans, intended to finance eligible recoverable expenses for European projects. This issue is of essential importance for the absorption of European funds and for the development of infrastructure in the municipality.

Another important point on the agenda is related to the sale of properties - private municipal property, located both in the city of Karnobat, as well as in the villages of Dragantsi and Gara Tserkovski. The sales will be realized through a public auction, which guarantees transparency and competitiveness.

No less significant is the issue of termination of co-ownership between the municipality and individuals. This will be carried out through the sale of ideal parts of properties in the villages of San Stefano and Sokolovo. Discussions are also planned on topics related to the amendment of the General Urban Plan of the municipality, which is directly related to future development and urban planning. In addition, the councilors will consider and approve a parcel plan for an object of technical infrastructure - a cable line, which will be built in the village of Ekzarh Antimovo.

The agenda also includes items concerning the change of the intended use of municipal properties, which are designated for kindergartens. Such changes are planned in the "Krasno selo" district in Karnobat and in the village of Krumovo Gradishte. This raises questions about the future development of the educational infrastructure and the need to adapt to the changing needs of the population. Last but not least, an addition to the program under the Municipal Property Act will be considered, as well as the leasing of properties - public municipal property.

Finally, a proposal will be discussed for the provision of a motor vehicle for the free management of the "P. R. Slaveykov" Primary School in Karnobat. This is expected to improve the working conditions of the educational institution and support the educational process.
