In the heart of the cultural life of Burgas, in the Cultural Center of NHC, the long-awaited Municipal Review of Amateur Art, bearing the picturesque slogan "Sing Heart - Clear Month", began minutes ago.

The event, traditionally met with excitement, was organized by the OSPB Association - Burgas, together with Burgas Municipality, demonstrating another example of successful partnership in the name of culture.

The air in the hall trembled with anticipation as the guests took their seats. The first gesture of respect towards those present came from the Deputy Mayor for Education, Healthcare, Social Activities and Youth Policies, Mihail Nenov, who welcomed everyone with a speech. He also read a congratulatory address from Mayor Dimitar Nikolov, emphasizing the significance of the event for the community.

The stage, inspiring and inviting, gathered dozens of amateur groups and individual performers from Burgas and the surrounding area. A rich program is to be presented, brimming with folk songs, dance performances and artistic word. The atmosphere, from the very beginning, is saturated with mood, emotions and inspiration. In the hall, as the very name of the event promised, applause and sincere smiles reign - a testament to the strong connection between artists and the audience.

Behind all this beauty lies a clear goal: to encourage the creative expression of the amateurs, to preserve traditions and to popularize the rich cultural heritage of the Bulgarian people. In this context, the review "Sing Heart - Clear Month" is established as a true celebration of talent and spirituality. It unites generations through a common love for art, reminding us of the importance of cultural wealth and its eternal value.
