In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code (TSIPC), the Municipality of Sozopol has announced List No. 3 of debtors under the Local Taxes and Fees Act (LTFA) for whom relevant documents have been prepared. This list covers the period from 10.09.2026 to 24.09.2026, inclusive.
We hereby notify all persons included in the list that they have a 14-day period from the date of this publication to appear in person at the "Local Taxes and Fees" department of Sozopol Municipality. The administration expects citizens and company representatives at 2 Khan Krum St., where the serving of the Act for Establishment of Obligations based on declarations (AEO) under the TSIPC takes place. Staff members receive visitors during working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
It is important to note that if the persons do not appear within the specified period, the procedure will continue pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 6 of the TSIPC. In such a scenario, the relevant AEO or other document will be attached to the file and shall be considered duly served, and the liable persons shall be deemed officially notified of their obligations.
