New channels for reporting corruption in the state administration

Starting today, the Council of Ministers (CM) is introducing a 24/7 hotline and a specialized email address for submitting reports on abuse of power, corruption, and conflicts of interest. Prime Minister Rumen Radev emphasized that the goal is complete transparency and more effective operation of institutions.

Economic priorities and attracting investments

The government is shifting its focus from stimulating domestic consumption through loans to more sustainable models:

Strict control over road repairs

Prime Minister Radev declared a categorical end to the vicious practice of "blind payment" based on invoices and fictitious protocols. The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works is starting thorough inspections of all current and completed road projects. Officials who have signed documents for poorly executed activities will be held strictly accountable.

These measures are part of a broader strategy to optimize state resources and direct them toward sectors of primary importance such as education, healthcare, and security.
