The modern educational building, located in the yard of the Acad. Nikola Obreshkov Secondary School of Mathematics and the Georgi S. Rakovski Professional High School of Electrical Engineering in Burgas, is included in the race for the prestigious "Building of the Year" 2025 award. It is nominated in the "Social Infrastructure - Science, Culture and Education" category.
The new school building has 4 floors and is a key factor for the transition to a single-shift education system for nearly 2000 students from the two high schools. The building offers 32 classrooms, four computer rooms, multifunctional relaxation areas and a modern teachers' room. An emphasis is also placed on the roof, transformed into an active recreation and outdoor activity zone, which further enriches the educational process.
