A new specialized foreign language classroom was opened at the "P. R. Slaveykov" Primary School in Burgas – another important step towards modernizing the educational environment and establishing the high level of language teaching in the school.
The opening of the new classroom was carried out under the National Program "Providing a modern, secure and accessible educational environment". Under the program, the school is supplied with new furniture, modern equipment, visual aids and thematic boards, as well as textbooks, which support the interactive and practical-applied approach in teaching. The created environment allows for more effective acquisition of knowledge and makes foreign language classes even more interesting and accessible for students.
"Foreign languages are among the main priorities of Slaveykov's school. English is traditionally highly regarded thanks to the exceptional professionalism of the teachers Mrs. Donka Pankova, Mrs. Nadya Nikolova and Mrs. Silvia Slavova, who inspire the students and motivate them to develop confidence and excellent communication skills. From this school year, a second foreign language - Spanish - is also being studied in the first grade.", commented Director Zhecheva
The initiative is implemented under a cooperation program with the "G. S. Rakovski" Professional High School of Economics, with Mrs. Zhanet Tsenova as a guest lecturer in the school. With the realization of this project, the "P. R. Slaveykov" Primary School confirms its striving for innovative and quality education, aimed at building confident and successful young people.
