The National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" (NAM) opens its doors in Burgas! The decision to open a branch was made after a positive assessment and approval by the Council of Ministers.

Training at the branch will be conducted in full-time and part-time forms, and up to 120 students will be able to study there.

What specialties will be offered?

The branch will provide opportunities for academic development, creative performances and access to scientific publications. The opening of the branch will support the cultural development of the region, stimulating interest in musical and dance art.

The region is seeing increased interest in specialized secondary schools, such as the National School of Musical and Performing Arts "Pancho Vladigerov" and schools with advanced music studies. A similar trend is observed in other regions, such as the National School of Musical and Performing Arts "Hristina Morfova" in Stara Zagora, the National School of Folk Arts "Filip Kutev" in Kotel and the National School of Folk Arts "Shiroka Laka".

Prof. Dr. Maria (Masha) Ilieva noted the variety of interesting disciplines taught at the NAM during the Open Day on February 7th.
