Nessebar marked September 8 – the Day of World Heritage Cities Solidarity – with a free guided panoramic tour. The initiative, held under the theme "Walking the Spiritual Path Together," was organized by the Archaeological Museum and attracted many history enthusiasts.

Specialist Martin Zhelev delivered a lecture revealing details from the ancient city's past. Tour participants visited the churches of "John Aliturgetos," "Christ Pantocrator," "St. John the Baptist," "St. Spas," "St. Paraskevi," and the Old Metropolitan Church. The program also included a visit to the "St. Stephen" church, where visitors viewed frescoes dating back to the period between the 16th and 18th centuries.

The Day of World Heritage Cities has been celebrated since 1995 on the initiative of the international organization of the same name. Nessebar is one of its founding members and remains the only Bulgarian city included in it.
