Nesebar Municipality actively participated in the jubilee, twentieth edition of the International Tourism Exhibition "Cultural Tourism", which took place in October in Veliko Tarnovo. The forum, which brought together over forty-five municipalities from Bulgaria and abroad, once again offered an opportunity to present the rich tourism potential of the regions.
At its stand, Nesebar presented the emblematic Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The lively atmosphere around the stand testified to the interest in the history and culture that the city offers. In addition, the municipality emphasized the diverse opportunities for the development of alternative forms of tourism. Religious, congress, sports and cultural tourism were among the highlights that establish the municipality as a year-round tourist destination.
The main goal of the participation was to promote the unique tourist routes of Nesebar. These routes skillfully combine history, traditions and opportunities for an unforgettable seaside holiday. Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the richness of the tourist offer.
The presence of Nesebar Municipality at the exhibition once again confirmed its position as one of the leading cultural-historical and tourist centers in Bulgaria.
