A large quantity of drugs seized in Burgas region, the police announced.
The tension was felt in the air while police officers were conducting another operation against drug distribution. On November 11th, at the entrance to the village of Ravnets, law enforcement officers stopped a car with foreign registration for inspection. A 28-year-old man, known to the police, was behind the wheel.
According to information from the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior-Burgas, three bags with chopped dry brown-green plant matter were found in the car. The man stated that it was "drugged tea". The weight of the discovered substance is about 3 grams. The man was detained.
In parallel with this, a drug greenhouse was busted in Sofia. The actions of the police in Burgas are the next step in the fight against drug distribution, which continues relentlessly.
In another case, again on November 11th, an inspection was carried out in an uninhabited house in the village of Prosenik. A 35-year-old man, also known to the police, and his 30-year-old girlfriend were found in the house.
According to the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior-Burgas, during the inspection, small bowls with methamphetamine, a box with methamphetamine, a pan containing white liquid, three bottles with colorless liquid with chemical content, ten blisters with 52 tablets, as well as an electronic scale were found.
The total amount of methamphetamine found has an approximate weight of about 50 grams. The man was detained.
