A musical event that unites cultures
From June 26 to 28, Burgas will once again be a focal point for lovers of choral art. The fourth edition of the National Choral Festival with international participation "Let It Be Summer" promises unforgettable emotions and a high level of performance.
"Let It Be Summer" is establishing itself as one of the significant cultural initiatives in the seaside city's calendar, attracting groups from four countries.
Program and highlights
- June 26 (Friday), 8:00 PM: Concert at the Summer Theatre.
- June 27 (Saturday), 7:00 PM: Concert at the Summer Theatre.
- June 28 (Sunday), 12:30 PM: Gala concert at the NHK Cultural Center.
A special highlight of the program is the premiere of the new Bulgarian song "Oh, the Sea" by composer Valeri Kostov, which will be performed during the final concert.
Participants
Proven ensembles will take to the stage, including the Women's Youth Choir from Skopje, the Ankara Polyphonic Choir (Turkey), the Vocal Ensemble "Miz Ukraini" (Ukraine), as well as some of the best Bulgarian choral groups from Sofia, Shumen, Plovdiv, and Burgas.
Admission to all concerts is completely free, and the event is part of Burgas's bid for European Capital of Culture 2032.
