A 62-year-old man from Nessebar crashed a motorcycle on Saturday near the Akrotiria apartment complex, and a breath test showed 1.42 per mille of alcohol, the regional police directorate (ODMVR) in Burgas said.
The Nessebar district police department got the call about the incident at around 6pm. The crash happened near the Akrotiria apartment complex.
The man crashed alone, with no other vehicle involved. Police say there was only property damage.
Police detained the driver for up to 24 hours. A fast-track pre-trial procedure has been opened against him.
