A joint initiative by "HomeNet Eastern Europe and Central Asia" and the National Association of Small and Medium Tourism Business launches a large-scale international project for cultural convergence. The innovative program aims to activate regional cultural resources through a multinational event that will be held from July 25 to 30, 2025, in the center of the Black Sea city of Pomorie.
The "International Traditions and Customs" festival will unite partners from various countries in Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Participants will present authentic handicrafts and folklore achievements at national and international levels, creating a unique platform for intercultural dialogue.
The rich program includes diverse activities on different days. On July 25, the official opening will take place on the central avenue, and the next day, interactive "Workshops for Big and Small" are planned, where participants can directly engage in the creative process.
A special highlight are the master classes and demonstrations by craftsmen from Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Bulgaria. On July 28, visitors will have the opportunity to meet world cinema masters, represented by Dr. Olga Markova - an expert in cinema studies.
The festival's culmination will be a charitable exhibition of works created during the workshops, which will be held on July 29. The event aims not only to promote cultural heritage but also to create lasting partnerships between different tourism communities.
