As part of a large-scale flight campaign, health authorities will deploy mobile information points in over fifty strategic locations throughout the country. The goal of the initiative is to maximize citizens' convenience in registering and accessing their personal electronic medical file through the new mobile application.

According to official data, in the first week of the campaign – from June 30 to July 4 – nearly 3,000 users have managed to activate their profile in the system. Expert teams will be positioned in extremely accessible public places – shopping centers, municipal buildings, pools, and other busy locations.

The technical implementation is carried out by regional health inspectorates in collaboration with "Information Services" AD. The mobile points will operate in both urban and rural areas until the end of September 2025.

The full schedule of information teams by regions will be published on the official website of the Ministry of Health. The weekly update will include specific dates, locations, and working hours of the mobile expert groups.

For citizens who cannot take advantage of the mobile points, alternative support options remain available. Consultations can be obtained on any working day in the offices of Regional Health Inspectorates, Regional Health Insurance Funds, and "Information Services" AD.

Additional access to the electronic file is also possible for holders of a qualified electronic or cloud signature who can independently log into the system.
