"Levski" pulls ahead 3-0 against CSKA in summer signings, brings back Adrian Raychev
"Levski" has taken a convincing lead over CSKA in the unofficial race for summer transfers, as they now have a "3-0" lead in the number of new players. While the "Reds" have yet to announce a single new signing, "Gerena" finalized their third incoming transfer for this summer yesterday.
After the capital club already signed the Brazilian "Reynaldo" and the Angolan "David Kuso", club youth product "Adrian Raychev" is joining the team. The right winger, who belongs to Italian side "Pisa", is returning to "Levski" on loan, reports "Match Telegraph".
According to the information, the loan agreement will be for a term of "one year". The contract also includes a "buyout clause" at a fixed price, which will give the "Blues" the opportunity to keep Raychev after the loan ends if they are satisfied with his performance.
Adrian Raychev is expected to be one of the main options for coach "Julio Velazquez" to meet one of the new requirements of the Bulgarian Football Union, coming into effect from next season. According to the new rule, every team is required to start every match with "one Bulgarian player under 23 years old" in the starting lineup, who must play for a minimum of "45 minutes".
Thus, the young winger has a real chance to establish himself as a constant figure in "Levski's" rotation as early as the upcoming campaign. The club officially announced the signing of Raychev with a "short video" on its official "Facebook" page, thereby definitively confirming its third new signing for the summer.
