In the "Nikola Vaptsarov" community center, there is a special place called "Spoon of Happiness". This culinary corner was created with a lot of love and attention by its leader.
Every Wednesday, the doors of "Spoon of Happiness" open for the elderly people living alone in the village. There they gather to share their culinary secrets and exchange recipes. The elderly people share that these meetings are a source of joy and satisfaction.
The initiative is the work of Dimitria Lambreva, who shares that she wanted to create something meaningful and useful for the elderly people. The idea came from the desire to have an activity in the community center that would unite people of advanced age and give them a field for expression.
Unification and Joy
"At the same time, to unite them even more and to get them out of the gray everyday life. We have many initiatives and they are included in the Christmas calendar of the community center," says Lambreva.
