Bulgaria's financial regulator has named six websites that offer crypto services without permission, it said on its official website. The people behind them must stop within three days of the decision being published.
The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) took the decision under the Financial Supervision Commission Act and the Crypto-Asset Markets Act. Publishing the list is a notice to those people that they must stop offering crypto services through the listed sites.
The commission also named one more website through which a person without permission offers investment services in Bulgaria. Its publication is likewise a notice to stop the services, with the same deadline.
Since 1 July this year, only licensed companies can offer crypto-asset services in the European Union, BTA noted.
