Ivanka Dineva is out as head of Bulgaria's Executive Agency for Medical Supervision. Health minister Katya Ivkova fired her for personal reasons.
Dr Yuliana Chileva, who was Dineva's deputy, will run the agency for now, handling day-to-day work until a permanent director is named.
