A family syndicate from the Republic of Ireland became the owner of an incredible prize of €250 million in the national lottery by buying the lucky ticket in a local store in the city of Cork. Despite the grandiose sum, the winners categorically state that they will maintain their current way of life.
The anonymous participant shared with the media extremely interesting details about the moment of revealing the incredible news. According to the story, they accidentally checked the results while watching the news and initially fell into complete disbelief.
"I went to my wife, who had just gone to bed, and woke her up," the winner says. "We repeatedly checked the numbers on the official website, sitting on the edge of the bed and repeating 'Oh, God' about 50 times."
The lucky numbers that brought the massive prize are: 13, 22, 23, 44, 49, with additional Lucky Stars 3 and 5. The ticket was purchased at Clifford's Centra store on Shandon Street in the center of Cork.
Despite the financial triumph, the family categorically states that they will not change their essence. "We will remain in Ireland and have promised ourselves that this win will not change us," they are adamant.
