Fire near Sunny Beach: Firefighters' Operation
A fire incident alarmed the Sunny Beach area this afternoon. The blaze broke out near the ring road and a large commercial site, triggering a serious institutional response.
According to the fire department, dry grass and bushes initially caught fire, but the flames subsequently spread threateningly.
Rapid intervention by fire crews
The situation escalated quickly after the flames entered the yard of a warehouse facility storing wooden pallets and waste. The following were immediately dispatched to the scene:
- Six fire brigades;
- Specialized units from Burgas, Pomorie, and Nessebar.
Thanks to the professional work of the firefighters, the fire has now been contained and the situation is under control. Authorities have confirmed that there is no danger to residents and tourists in the resort complex.
