Gas prices at the Dutch TTF hub have jumped almost 10% in a month. October futures were trading at 73.665 euros per megawatt-hour around 10:15am Bulgarian time today, according to the ICE exchange.
Today's session opened at 73.05 euros per megawatt-hour, up from Friday's close of 72.071 euros.
In Bulgaria, prices have held steady. On the Balkan Gas Hub, deals for delivery today, September 28, in the day-ahead segment went for 61 euros per megawatt-hour.
In within-day trading, yesterday's session closed at 60.65 euros, and today's reference price is 61 euros per megawatt-hour.
On August 28, the price on Balkan Gas Hub was 60.60 euros per megawatt-hour.
