A primary important working meeting, initiated by Minister Dr. Georgi Takhov, was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The formed expert team set ambitious goals for preserving the archaeological reserve "Early Medieval Settlement Kabiyuk", which has the status of a national cultural treasure.

The meeting participants, including Deputy Minister Yanislav Yanchev, representatives from two ministries and key institutions, discussed a detailed strategy for restoring emblematic architectural monuments. Special focus was placed on Prince Alexander Battenberg's summer residence, the adjacent chapel, and the authentic park space.

The working group undertook an in-depth review of existing documentation, laying the foundations for a future comprehensive action plan. The Executive Director of IASRJ, Eng. Georgi Yordanov, and experts from the Ministry of Culture outlined specific steps for conservation and restoration activities.

The meeting took place in a hybrid format, which allowed the most effective involvement of all stakeholders. The coordinated approach of the institutions demonstrated a serious commitment to preserving national historical heritage.
