Two men have been charged with possessing a high-risk drug with intent to supply, and the indictment against them is now at the Sofia City Court. Sofia City Prosecutor's Office filed it and announced this.
Prosecutors say the cocaine was in a Range Rover in Sofia on 26 February 2026, and that the two men held it together as co-perpetrators.
The drug weighs 993.06 grams net and is 68.2% active compound. Prosecutors put its value at €146,585.55 (€286,356.07 (696.42 leva)).
The two were detained a week ago in a specialised operation in Sofia's Iztok district, right after a drug deal. One is a 23-year-old buyer, the other a 33-year-old dealer.
The next step is a preliminary hearing, and the court will set the date.
