Rising trust in the insurance sector
Data from a nationally representative survey by the "Trend" agency show a significant shift in public attitudes toward insurance. In 2026, 60% of respondents stated that they trust the sector, while distrust has fallen to 31%.
Insurance is no longer viewed merely as an obligation, but as a conscious choice for financial stability and security.
More voluntary insurance – less dependence on the state
A sustained growth in voluntary insurance is being observed:
- Health insurance: growth from 12% to 27%;
- "Casco" (comprehensive auto) insurance: an increase to 34%;
- Property insurance: a jump to 31%.
Fewer and fewer people believe that the state should take care of their property in the event of damage, which highlights the increased personal responsibility of citizens.
The "awareness" challenge
Despite positive trends, 63% of respondents believe that people do not understand enough about insurance products. Complex terms often deter potential clients, making professional consultation increasingly important when choosing an insurer.
Digitalization versus personal contact
Although digital channels are preferred for gathering information, the final choice is influenced mainly by two factors: the company's reputation and expert advice. Consumers are seeking a balance between technological convenience and the security of professional experience.
