Ivan Vazov school in Burgas will hold open days for its health courses on Monday, 9 November, and Friday, 13 November, the school said. Visitors can come on both days between 8am and 2pm.
Students, parents and future applicants are invited. The school wants to show how it teaches its courses, what classrooms and equipment it has, and what sets its health care and medicine training apart.
Students can train in two vocational specialities: dental medicine assistant, and spa and rehabilitation treatments.
The training is dual. Students study theory and also practise in a real workplace. The school says this helps them build job skills and confidence and prepares them for work.
The programme includes demonstration lessons and hands-on sessions. Visitors will see how to give pre-medical and first aid, how to use medical equipment and how to give therapeutic massage. There will also be practice in the dental health room, with anatomical medical models, thermal treatments and specialist equipment.
Visitors can meet teachers and students, tour the specialist classrooms, watch the practical demonstrations and ask questions.
The school says choosing a career takes information, personal motivation and a real look at the place where a person will work. It says health care training gives more than knowledge and skills. It prepares students for a job that demands responsibility, compassion and dedication.
The open days aim to help young people get to know the health professions and see what jobs they can find after vocational education.
