The local authorities in Tsarevo have issued a warning about impending dangerous weather over the next two days. The reason is the expected prolonged rainfall and strong sea swells, which are predicted to affect the Southern Black Sea coast.

As darkness descended over the town, residents anxiously awaited the news. The strong wind had already begun to shake the trees, and the sea was crashing noisily against the shore. The atmosphere carried a feeling of an approaching storm, which forced the authorities to take urgent measures.

The municipal administration made important clarifications. They assured the population that the ravines and potentially dangerous areas in the urbanized territories have already undergone careful inspection. The mouths of the rivers have also been checked and are in a condition to handle the inflow of water.

The calls to the residents and guests of Tsarevo are categorical. They must be especially careful when they are near bodies of water. In case of danger or an incident, citizens are urged to immediately report to the emergency phone 112.

Municipal teams are also on high alert and are available to provide assistance if necessary.

This alarming signal reminds us of the sad events of the recent past. We recall that on September 5, 2023, rainfall, lasting more than 10 hours on the territory of the municipality, caused catastrophic floods. The tragic incident claimed four human lives, leaving a deep mark on the local community. Against the background of this bitter experience, the current warnings are even more insistent. Everyone hopes that the measures taken will prevent a repetition of the disaster.
