Burgas Talents in Fine Arts Triumph at National Competition

Participants from Burgas fine arts groups won a collective award at the "Magic of Art" competition in Ruse. The event, included in the Ministry of Culture's calendar, marked the Day of Amateur Creativity.

Participants from the art groups led by Sevina Traykova at the Center for Personal Development Support in Burgas were awarded in the National Art Competition "The Magic of Art". The event was organized by the Municipal Children's Center for Culture and Art in Ruse (ODCKI).

The young artists earned a special collective award – a certificate and a cup for overall presentation.

The event is included in the calendar of the Ministry of Culture and is dedicated to March 1st – the Day of Amateur Creativity. The ceremony took place in the space of the Children's Art Gallery at ODCKI-Ruse, among exhibited works of the participants in the competition.

The awards – certificates, medals and sculptures – were presented by the chairman of the jury, the artist Elitsa Popova, director of the Art Gallery – Ruse, and to distinguished participants from different age groups.

In this year's edition of the competition, over 300 children from more than 50 schools and municipal children's centers for culture and art from all over the country took part. They presented impressive works, demonstrating imagination, originality and a high artistic level.
