Burgas – Unfortunately, residents of Burgas and the surrounding areas will have to postpone their planned administrative affairs related to the "Bulgarian Identity Documents", "Traffic Police", and "Migration" sectors. The Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas announced that due to a technical failure, tomorrow, October 22nd, Wednesday, these sectors will not be working with citizens.

The decision, announced by the law enforcement agencies, affects key services that are usually available to the public. Main activities related to the renewal of identity documents, including ID cards and passports, will not be feasible. Also, services for the replacement of driver's licenses, vehicle registration, and inquiries about imposed fines will be temporarily suspended.

The situation creates inconvenience for citizens who have planned to take advantage of these administrative services. The Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas urges citizens to postpone their planned visits to the mentioned sectors for a later date, when the problems are resolved.

At the same time, the police expressed regret for the inconvenience caused.
