Burgas will host the annual conference of the Common Agenda for the Black Sea. Talks will focus on how countries in the region can work together, sustainable growth and the blue economy.
The International Congress Centre will bring together people from EU and national institutions, researchers, business figures, international organisations and investors. They will swap experience, good practice and ideas for the Black Sea's future.
During the forum, the Black Sea Project Awards 2026 will go to projects that have helped meet the goals of the Common Agenda. Guests will also see a poster exhibition of initiatives, projects and good practice from the Black Sea region.
Talks will cover protecting the sea and its coast, the blue economy and scientific research. Other topics include innovation, digital technology, sustainable fishing and fish farming, and tourism along the sea and coast. Speakers will also look at marine spatial planning and how to fund projects that matter for the whole region.
