"Bulgargaz" has proposed a natural gas price for November of 65.82 leva (33.65 euros) per megawatt-hour (MWh), excluding access, transmission, excise duty, and VAT. This is clear from a statement by the company, addressed to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC), which is due to approve the price. The price proposed by "Bulgargaz" for November is higher, with an increase of 7.88 percent compared to the current one.

The commission in question - EWRC - has already approved the price of natural gas for the current month of October. It is fixed at 61.01 leva per MWh, which is equivalent to 31.19 euros per megawatt-hour. This price, again, does not include costs for access, transmission, excise duty, and value added tax.

If the proposal of "Bulgargaz" EAD is approved by the regulator, the company will sell natural gas to the end suppliers and to the licensed entities for the production and transmission of thermal energy at the declared price of 65.82 leva per megawatt-hour (MWh), again excluding access, transmission, excise duty, and VAT costs.

Meanwhile, the prices of November futures for natural gas on the TTF hub in the Netherlands have been moving in recent days slightly above 32 euros per megawatt-hour.
